Is in-person purchasing available for the ABoR REALTOR® Store?
Yes! If you don't have time to place a pickup order online, you can also visit the Austin Board of REALTORS® Headquarters (4800 Spicewood Springs Road, Austin TX 78759), between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. However we will continue to offer curbside pickup from PQ. Signs will continue. to be available in designated parking spaces with instructions for pickup. 

Can you ship my item(s)?
We currently do not offer shipping on ABoR REALTOR® Store purchases. Curbside pickup is available at Austin Board of REALTORS® Headquarters at 4800 Spicewood Springs Road, Austin TX 78759 or Austin Board of REALTORS® South at 11200 Manchaca Rd, Ste 301, Austin TX 78759.

Where can I pick up my item(s)?
Products are available at Austin Board of REALTORS® Headquarters at 4800 Spicewood Springs Road, Austin TX 78759 and Austin Board of REALTORS® South at 11200 Manchaca Rd, Ste 301, Austin TX 78759. When making your order in advance, you'll indicate the location. 

Once I arrive at the Austin Board of REALTORS® Headquarters, where do I go to pick up my item(s)?
Products are now available inside our ABoR HQ building on P1. 

 

Once I arrive at the Austin Board of REALTORS® South, where do I go to pick up my item(s)?
ABoR South is currently only offering curbside pickup. Please call the number posted on the signs available outside the store to notify staff to bring out your order.
 
Do I need my receipt or photo ID for pickup?
We will not need to see your receipt for pickup; however, a photo ID will be required when swapping lockboxes. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

 

Why am I required to make a login at checkout?
To properly track orders and offer the best member service, we require that a login be created at checkout. 

 

When is pick up available?
Headquarters: Pickup times are placed at time of purchase and are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 
South: Pickup times are placed at time of purchase and are available Monday through Friday, 2:00PM to 4:00 PM. 

 

What if I need to cancel or change my pick-up time?
Unfortunately, pick-up times cannot be rescheduled or cancelled via Shopify. If you are running late, call the Austin Board of REALTORS® at 512-454-7636 and press TWO or email store@abor.com.  

 

Can I have my assistant pick up my order?
Yes, please call the Austin Board of REALTORS® at 512-454-7636 and press TWO or email store@abor.com to arrange that.  

 

What is Austin Board of REALTORS® doing to protect me when I pick up my items?
Our staff follows an employee safety protocol that is based on CDC guidelines. Facilities staff will wear a mask and gloves while interacting with you. Our goal is to eliminate the need for contact as much as possible.   

 

What is the return and refund policy for lockboxes?
Members will have 48 hours to return lockboxes and the lockbox will need to show no activity. A restocking fee of $25 will be assessed at the time of lockbox return. A lockbox that shows activity cannot be refunded or returned.

 

What is the return and refund policy for items, excluding lockboxes? Members will have 30 days to return any purchases. A full refund will be issued to their credit card through Shopify. Clearance items are considered final sale and returns will not be allowed.

 

Can I exchange my items?
Unfortunately, Shopify does not allow exchanges. You can return your item(s), then proceed with placing a new order for your desired item(s).
